At any on of our Ray Lee Service Centers, we have the advanced technology and the certified master technicians to keep your equipment running like new.
Our certified master technicians are factory trained in Dallas and Whichita. We require that our technicians are trained at the factory; but also are required to maintain their training through our proprietary online connection to the John Deere Training facilities. This continuous training assures you that your Ray Lee technician stays up-to-date on any new or updated procedures and equipment needed to perform proper service. This is a huge advantage that Ray Lee has over 3rd party freelance service centers, who do not receive this timely information.

About our Mobile Service:
Ray Lee provides on-site mobile service or mobile service pick-ups. Our technicians can service equipment on-site or Ray Lee provides pick-up-and-tow service. Unlike independent mobile service providers, Ray Lee technicians are factory trained and 90% of the OEM parts that are needed to repair your equipment is stocked on their trucks.
